With tragedy comes analysis and response, and this is is exactly how Agency One Five was founded. When the COVID pandemic hit in early 2020, the founders leveraged their networks and called together trusted business and technology professionals to start exploring ways to help and make a difference. With an entrepreneurial spirit, weekly meetups evolved into valid proof of concept explorations and the Think Tank was born.

Gerald has over two decades of technical program and product leadership, with extensive experience in enterprise software, IoT and consumer devices and software. Over the last decade he has led projects for Microsoft, Vulcan, Accenture, and Avanade, and advised on projects with Deloitte, Slalom and other prominent consulting firms. He brings previous experience delivering web application design and development, usability and creative design through his firm Ingenique.
Known for his broad experience across technology, business, human centered design and strategy, Gerald is passionate about bringing digital transformation and innovation across ecommerce, healthcare, and customer experiences. Further, he brings a solid background in people management and mentoring built on proven enterprise methodologies.

Greg brings over 30 years of hardware and software experience to the table. At Disney he designed ride-control and show-control systems and was instrumental in opening the park in 1982. He also spent time with Gasboy, writing real time operating systems with a special focus on device interfaces for point of sale (POS) systems. Gasboy was purchased by Tokheim where Greg developed the first credit card payment platform.
Greg brings a keen specialty on embedded devices and writing and maintaining code for firmware and related interfaces. As a technical design leader in devices and IoT technology, he has been a key leader the space. Greg holds several patents in financial card dispensing and antifraud. He continues to innovate in payment and IoT technology and is currently pursuing several additional patents in blockchain and related technology initiatives.
